Hello! My name’s Virginia Webb. After more than 20 years working with some of the most interesting and prestigious travel and lifestyle brands, first in public relations and then as a marketing director, I decided I wanted both a change and to use my skills as an agent for positive change.

With Cambio my aim is to provide senior advice and action for brands with purpose; to move the dial for companies that believe commercial success and ethical business can, and must, go hand in hand.

Most recently I was Director of Marketing & Brand at The Savoy, and before that, I headed up marketing team at The Langham, London. I’ve led my teams to deliver target-beating commercial results with story-led omnichannel campaigns, stand-out partnerships with brands like Gucci or Liberty, TV and film projects to give global coverage and creative customer-focused activations and offers.

As a director at some of the UK’s most well-known PR consultancies, I led campaigns for hotels from the boutique to ultra-luxury, brought front-cover fame to destinations like Tahiti, Montenegro and Namibia, drove sales for specialist tour operators and kept positive reputations intact when challenges arose.

I’ve lived, worked and studied in Italy, France and Portugal and believe in tourism as a force for good. I have a keen interest in the visual arts, read voraciously and enjoy an occasional whisky sour!
